Srinagar, Jan. 16 -- Life returned to normal on Wednesday after remaining crippled for the past three days in Shopian in south Kashmir, where two militants, including a top Al-Badr commander, were killed in an encounter with security forces on Saturday evening in Kulgam.

Tuition and coaching centres at K P Road in Anantnag were closed today following directions by police.

However, life was normal in Kulgam district on Tuesday after remaining partially affected for two days.
