Agartala, Feb. 18 -- Vice-Chancellor of Tripura University Prof V L Dharurkar today urged the academic institutions to hone the aptitude skills of the youth in the Northeast in order to ensure the success of self-reliant schemes and development of entrepreneurship programs of central government.

As many as 50 youths from different states of Northeast have attended the three day long training program sponsored by Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development.
