CHANDIGARH, Feb. 15 -- SUKHPAL Singh Khaira, MLA and President of Punjab Ekta Party(PEP) today strongly condemned the barbaric attack on CRPF Jawans in Pulwama, Kashmir in which 44 Jawans were killed. He said only a permanent political solution of Kashmir problem could restore peace.
In a statement released here Khaira said that violence was no solution to any problem and killings of armed forces and innocent civilians is equally painful. He said that people of Kashmir were themselves victims of double violence i.e. the militants and the atrocities of security forces.
Unfortunately, India has no consistence Kashmir policy which is main deterrent in reaching a conclusive and permanent solution.
