Raipur, Dec. 6 -- Governor Anandiben Patel appreciated the rich cultural heritage of tribals depicted at the Museum of Anthropology at Jagdalpur while on a tour to Bastar.

The Governor keenly observed the art and artefacts displayed at the Museum.

She observed the Dhurva, Muriya, Dandami Maadiya, Bhatra, Halba, Gadhba, Abhujmaadiya, Dhorla cultural traditions instruments.

The Governor also keenly observed the traditional livelihood vocations- hunting, fishing, agriculture, housing, making of Bell metal, Terracota, iron arts and other items.

The Governor also observed the deities tribals worship- Anga Dev, Dev Palki, Dev Doli.
