The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has recently launched a new chat box AskDisha on its official website, which helps travellers resolve their queries promptly.

Disha (Digital Interaction to Seek Help Anytime) is the only Government body to launch a digital interaction to resolve various issues of customers. It is live and can be accessed on IRCTC'S official website www.irctc.co.in.
