Ranchi, Jan. 31 -- The home guards personnel sitting on the hunger strike near Birsa Chowk in the capital suddenly got deteriorated on Thursdays. This is the 11th day of the fasting of the soldiers and they are stuck on their three point demands. At the same time, many others, including Sujit Upadhyay of the National Human Rights Crime Control Organization, were admitted to Rims for treatment of Home Guard personnel. About this, the jawans have said that even after giving information to the administration there was no initiative for treatment.
