Afghanistan, Feb. 16 -- Federica Mogherini, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of European Commission, reiterated European Union's 5-point offer made in Geneva last year to support peace in Afghanistan.

According to a statement released EU, Mogherini reiterated European Union's offer during a meeting with the Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani in the margins of the Munich Security Conference on Friday.
