Srinagar, Feb. 19 -- Chief Spokesperson of People's Democratic Party (PDP) and former MLA Pahalgam, Rafi Ahmad Mir has condoled the demise of renowned religious preacher Mushtaq Ahmad Khan of Seer Hamdan, Anantnag who expired after a brief period of illness.

In a statement issued to KNS, Mir said that we are deeply saddened by the demise of Mushtaq sahab who was a renowned religious personality and a noble soul.

Paying rich tributes to the deceased soul, Mir said that "Mushtaq sahab's demise is a loss to the society, we pray for eternal peace to the deceased soul and strength to the family to bear this loss". We express our heartfelt condolences to the family, the statement read. (KNS)
