Dar es Salaam, April 4 -- DAR ES SALAAM: THE Association of Tanzania Employers (ATE) has signed a years agreement with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) worth over 100m/- to promote equality in the workplace.

Through the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) inked in Dar es Salaam on Wednesday, ATE will annually receive 13 ERB female workers to attend the Future Female Programme on capacity building.

ATEs Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Ms Suzanne Ndomba-Doran said the agreement signifies the importance of ATEs initiatives to empower women in workplaces.
