REASONS FOR DECISION This is an application by Mr Jack Keys ("the Applicant") for review of a decision by a delegate of the Commissioner of Police, NSW Police Force ("the Commissioner" or "the Respondent"). The delegate's decision was to refuse the Applicant's application for a category AB firearms licence under the Firearms Act 1996 (NSW) ("the Firearms Act").

The decision was subject to an internal review by the Commissioner on 15 March 2023. The internal reviewer affirmed the decision.
