Bhubaneswar, July 18 -- Chief Justice of the Orissa High Court Justice Harish Tandon on Saturday asserted that while technological advancements and Artificial Intelligence (AI) have significantly improved the efficiency of the judicial system, they can never replace human judgment, compassion, and independent legal reasoning.
Addressing the Special Convocation of Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (SOA) Deemed to be University here, Justice Tandon said the rapid evolution of technology had brought about a paradigm shift in conventional court practices, but its role must remain complementary to human decision-making.
