KATHMANDU, Feb. 11 -- Unsettled accounts presented to Oli-government 10 months ago

Office of the Auditor General (OAG) had tabled unsettled amounts of Rs 130 billion, which 22 different government agencies including ministries failed to account for while spending public money in Fiscal Year 2016/17, to the government in April last year.

An analysis of data recently provided to the parliament's Public Accounts Committee by different ministries show that ten months later, the government has settled only Rs 29 billion, showing a progress of merely 23 percent.
