Maseru, Feb. 19 -- The Disaster Management Authority (DMA) together with media personnel representatives had a breakfast meeting in an effort to form a lasting partnership to facilitate free flow of information in emergency disaster fueled situations.

DMA spokesperson Khopotso Phafoli Phihlela, said there is need for her brand to collaborate with the media to avoid neglect, misuse, misinterpretation or misdirection possibilities regarding the dispersal of helpful information.

She said this, further publicizing and reinforcing her belief that other development stakeholders working towards a similar goal should involve the media in their humanitarian work.
