GUWAHATI, Jan. 21 -- Eka Ebong Koekjan, a prominent literary-cultural journal of the North East based at Maligaon in the city felicitated noted dramatist and organiser Bimaljyoti Chowdhury, promising budding actor Gunakar Debagoswami and footballer Dipendra Kumar Mukherjee at a function held at the ITA Machkhowa here recently, a press release stated.
