WASHINGTON, June 9 -- Administration for Children and Families has issued a rule called: Reducing Bureaucracy and Burden for Community Services Programs.
The rule was published in the Federal Register on June 9 by Robert F. Kennedy, Secretary, Department of Health and Human Services.
Summary: This Final Rule amends the Block Grants regulations, the Individual Development Account Reserve Funds Established Pursuant to Grants for Assets for Independence regulations, and the Emergency Community Services Homeless Grant Program regulations to eliminate unnecessary or obsolete regulations.
