Kolkata, May 24 -- Senior doctor and former Rajya Sabha MP Dr Santanu Sen on Saturday publicly congratulated the new BJP government in West Bengal and Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari for "developmental steps" taken in the state's health sector, triggering fresh discomfort within the Trinamool Congress.
