Hyderabad, May 24 -- The Telangana government will celebrate "Women's Week" across the state from May 25 to 31 as part of the "Praja Palana - Pragathi Pranalika" initiative, focusing on women's empowerment, self-employment and economic development.

According to an official statement issued here today, various programmes including awareness seminars, exhibitions, health camps, cultural events and industrial showcases will be organised under the aegis of the Panchayat Raj & Rural Development and Women & Child Welfare departments, with support from SERP and MEPMA.
