New Delhi, April 12 -- A mass shooting at a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Union Township, New Jersey, on Saturday night left at least one fatality and multiple injuries. Authorities as per several reports confirmed that the incident occurred just before 9 p.m. at a location along Route 22, prompting an immediate lockdown of the area as law enforcement began their investigation.

Officials reported that one person was killed in the attack. Additionally, six to seven individuals sustained injuries, all described as non-life-threatening.
