PATNA, India, May 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 20:
1. This is an application for condonation of delay.
2. Stamp reporter has pointed out that there is a delay of 62 days in filing the present L.P.A.
3. Learned counsel for the sole respondent is present and has got no serious objection, if the delay in filing the present L.P.A is condoned.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties, going through averments made in the interim application and since the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the delay condonation application, we are inclined to condone the delay.
5. Accordingly, the delay of 62 days in filing the present L.P.A, is condoned.
