PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE STATE OF BIHAR AND ORS. V/S DR. RAM UDAY SHARMA AND ORS.

PATNA, India, May 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following order on April 20:

1. Learned counsel for the State is present.

2. Notices were issued upon respondent nos. 1, 5 and 6 under both modes, as per the order of this Court. However, the Stamp Reporter has indicated that counsel has already entered appearance on behalf of respondent no. 1.

3. So far as respondent nos. 5 and 6 are concerned, neither the A/D nor the undelivered registered cover service reports with respect to the said respondents have been received.

4. Accordingly, list this matter on 11.05.2026, awaiting service report in respect of the aforesaid two respondents.
