India, May 24 -- US President Donald Trump on Sunday claimed that a peace agreement with Iran has been "largely negotiated" following talks involving Israel and other regional players, potentially signalling an end to the three-month-long conflict in West Asia.

In a post on Truth Social, Trump said the proposed agreement was close to completion and that only final details remained before a formal announcement.

Trump Speaks To Netanyahu

Trump said he separately held discussions with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, describing the call as positive.

"An Agreement has been largely negotiated, subject to finalization between the United States of America, the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the various other Countries," Trump wrote....
