Sri Lanka, May 23 -- Three motorcyclists have been arrested following a video circulating on social media showing a motorcycle procession in the Northern Province during commemorative events, in which traffic laws were violated.

Following the examination of video footage and photographs, the owner of one of the motorcycles, which was seen riding without a helmet, was identified through its license plate.

Subsequent questioning led to the arrest of these individuals involved in the incident.
