NEW DELHI, April 30 -- "Vaccines save millions of lives every year-both in children and adults." With this message, World Immunization Week was observed from April 24 to 30, aiming to spread awareness about the importance of vaccination across all sections of society. On this occasion, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (ObGyn) at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College (VMMC) and Safdarjung Hospital organized a series of impactful awareness programmes.
