United Kingdom, June 9 -- Shannen Doherty's Malibu estate has sold for more than $7.65 million - nearly two years after her death.

The Charmed actress died in July 2024, aged 53, following a long battle with cancer, and her former home has sold after nine months on the market.

According to TMZ, Shannen's ex-property was offloaded for $7,650,000, nearly two million less than the initial August 2025 price tag - $9,450,000.

The 90210 star lived at the plush pad, which features four bedrooms, a pool, and picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean, for nearly two decades.
