Tashkent, April 18 -- On the occasion of President's visit, Dushanbe hosted the Uzbek-Tajik investment and business forum. The event was attended by over 600 representatives from both countries. The growing trade volume between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan was in the spotlight of discussion.

The forum was co-chaired by Uzbekistan's Deputy Prime Minister, Jamshid Khojaev, and Tajikistan's Deputy Prime Minister, Usmanali Usmanzoda. Trade and economic relations between the two countries have been progressing rapidly in recent years.
