Tashkent, Feb. 5 -- Express bus routes connecting suburban areas of Tashkent to metro stations will be launched. This is outlined in the draft presidential decree for Uzbekistan's 2024 state program. The plan includes the introduction of a unified intelligent system for public transport management.

Specific express bus routes will be established, such as from the "Nazarbek" area to Chorsu and Pakhtakor metro stations, and from the "Uchkhahramon" area to the Yunusabad farmer's market and Shahristan metro station. To ease traffic congestion in Tashkent, certain streets will implement one-way traffic. Additionally, adjustments to study schedules in higher education institutions aim to reduce transport loads during peak hours.
