GREENSBORO, N.C., April 30 -- The city of Greensboro issued the following news release:
The next meeting of the Greensboro City Council begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, May 7, 2024, in the Katie Dorsett Council Chamber of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St. The Council will recess into a closed session at 4:30 to consider potential economic development. The Council plans to return to open session at 5:30 pm.
To speak at City Council meetings, residents mustsubmit an online requestby 5 pm the day prior to a meeting. Residents may also register upon entry with the courier on the meeting day by using the Qminder kiosk. A QR code will be available to scan intopersonal mobile-phone devices should residents prefer.
