GLENDALE, CA - On Saturday, December 16th, at approximately 10:00 am, Glendale patrol officers responded to reports of a hit-and-run collision at the intersection of Lexington Drive and Columbus Avenue in Glendale. The victim, identified as a 76-year-old Glendale resident, was found by officers down in the street. Despite immediate life-saving measures and transportation to Los Angeles County USC Hospital, she succumbed to her injuries.
