The proposed rule was published in the Federal Register on May 10 by H.R. Mattern, Captain, U.S. Coast Guard, Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley.
Summary: The Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone for certain waters of the Tennessee River. This action is necessary to provide for the safety of life on these navigable waters near Saltillo, TN, during fireworks display on July 4th, 2024.
