Kolkata, March 5 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday evening visited a hospital to see the ailing nonagenarian Swami Smaranananda, the President of the Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission.
Modi soon after he arrived from Odisha this evening visited the Ramakrishna Mission Seva Pratishthan to see the 95-year-old Maharaj,who has been hospitalised for more than a month owing to age-related ailments, official sources said.
" Upon reaching Kolkata , went to the hospital and enquired about the health of the President of Ramakrishna Math and Ramakrishna Mission, Srimat Swami Smaranananda Ji Maharaj," Modi posted on X handle.
" We are all praying for his good health and quick recovery'; Modi said.
