Bengaluru, Feb. 5 -- Announcing the protest against the union government's step-motherly treatment against Karnataka in New Delhi tomorrow, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah on Monday said the dwindling grants-in-aid, and the glaring absence of budgeted funds raises a question whether the autonomy of Finance Commission is merely a facade under the BJP.
