Washington, April 19 -- The United States on Wednesday stated that India and Pakistan should seek resolution through dialogue, while reiterating the country's non-interference stance regarding the allegations of India's anti-terror operations on Pakistani soil.

Top US government official Matthew Miller stated that the country encourages both India and Pakistan to "avoid escalation".
