Nigeria, Feb. 27 -- The Borno State Enterprise Institute recently celebrated the graduation of 832 artisans, many were orphaned due to the long-lasting Boko Haram insurgency.

The graduation ceremony, led by Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum, took place at the Muna Vocational Enterprise Institute.

These artisans were selected from all 27 local government areas of Borno State and received training in various trades, including aluminium fabrication, bricklaying, carpentry, information technology, barbing, electrical work, leatherworks, plumbing, mechanics, solar technology, tailoring, tie and dye, welding, and hairdressing.
