Dhaka, May 7 -- The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has confirmed that all primary schools will resume normal operations from Tuesday, May 7th, 2024.
A circular signed by Senior Information Officer Mahbubur Rahman Tuhin was issued on Monday, outlining the return to normalcy. This includes class schedules, activities, and adherence to the established academic calendar for the 2024 school year.
The news comes after a period of extended closure due to the recent heatwave. Schools initially reopened on April 28th but were forced to close again due to the continued heat.
