New Delhi, April 22 -- Intellect Global Transaction Banking (iGTB) implemented an integrated, mobile-first omnichannel digital transaction banking (DTB) platform for Jordan Kuwait Bank (JKB). To be sure, iGTB, which is part of Intellect Design Arena, a cloud-native product platform for finance, signed a digital transformation deal with the bank in 2021. The DTB platform is based on the open-source finance tool eMACH.ai's architecture.
The DTB platform offers a seamless digital experience throughout the corporate financial supply chain, the company said in a statement. It features facilities for digital cash management, trade finance, and payments. DTB platform is expected to help SME and corporate clients in Jordan working in sectors such as power, real estate, energy, hospitality, medical & aviation.

The JKB deal in 2021 became the third major digital transformation deal bagged by iGTB in Jordan, helping it get 50% coverage among active transaction banks in the country.
The platform will help JKB to acquire an advanced position in the Arab region and increase its revenue base through digitised operations and enhanced products and services. Offering banks a single global ecosystem of consumerisation for liquidity, investments, deposits, cash management, cash pooling, cash forecasting, payments, virtual accounts, SME lending, corporate DDA, trade and supply chain finance; iGTB suite of transaction banking products is designed to enable Corporate Clients to make, move and manage money.
