Sri Lanka, April 7 -- The appointment of MP Namal Rajapaksa as the National Organiser of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) at its recent Hambantota Convention has stirred a hornet's nest in political circles, with some politicians suggesting that the young Rajapaksa could potentially be a candidate at the 2024 Presidential Elections.
