The Overlooking Director General of the Institute of National Security Studies (INSS), Director of Media and Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Colonel M.B.B.N Herath RSP delivered a lecture at regional seminar on "Labour Migrants from South Asia: Issues and Concerns" held in Bangladesh on 23 April 2024.
The seminar was organized by Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies (BIISS) in collaboration with the Consortium of South Asian Think Tanks (COSATT) and Political Dialogue Asia Programme, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS).
