India, Feb. 8 -- Cryptocurrencies rallied more than 3 percent in the past 24 hours amidst a strong show by top-ranked cryptocurrencies.
Overall crypto market capitalization jumped to $1.71 trillion, from $1.66 trillion a day earlier. Only 5 of the top 100 cryptocurrencies are trading with overnight losses of more than a percent.
Amidst the positive sentiment and waning risk aversion, the market capitalization of stablecoins now stands at $137 billion or 8.03 percent of the overall crypto market.
