India, April 29 -- Akastor ASA (AKKVF.PK), Monday announced that it has secured a EPCIC-contract by Equinor to enhance the wastewater treatment facilities and minimize environmental footprint of the Mongstad refinery, situated on the west coast of Norway.
Under the contract, the company would look after the project management, engineering, procurement, construction and installation work, and commissioning of the refinery.
The company stated that the project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
