KATHMANDU, Feb. 20 -- The Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation has prepared a preliminary report on the Sankhuwasabha accident of Simrik Air. The preliminary report prepared by the ministry mentions that there was an error in the flight operation.

"We have sent the preliminary report prepared a month ago to the Bureau of Inquiry and Analysis for Civil Aviation in France," said an official of the ministry.

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, which is authorized to investigate air accidents, has allocated 60 days after preparing the initial report to collect feedback.
