KATHMANDU, April 26 -- The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) has transferred 8 under secretaries and 11 section officers.

The ministry has transferred the chief administrative officers of various rural municipalities and those who are in various roles in the ministries.
