KATHMANDU, Feb. 16 -- The software used by the Foreign Employment Board (FEB) has been non-operational for several days.

Issues have arisen within the software responsible for distributing financial assistance from the board's secretariat to workers and their families affected by death or disability while employed abroad. The difficulties began following a malfunction within the software system, according to Tikaram Dhakal, spokesperson and information officer for the FEB.
