New Delhi, March 17 -- The voting in Delhi, for its seven Lok Sabha seats, will take place on May 25 during the sixth phase of general elections, as informed by the Election Commission of India (ECI) on Saturday.

Gurugram will also witness citizens exercising franchise on the same day as Delhi while voting in Noida will already be done on April 26 in the second phase. The final counting is scheduled on June 4. There are currently 14.7 million people eligible to vote for the MP of their choice in the national capital. Neighboring Ghaziabad too will vote with Noida on April 26.
