BHOPAL, Feb. 13 -- Taking preventive action, Aishbagh police have arrested Babu Khan alias Mastan and has been sent under judicial custody.
Due to fear of disturbing the peace, an FIR was filed against him in the ACP court under Section 107, 116 (3) in April last year.
According to the police, to maintain peace in the area, on the complaint of the people an FIR was presented in the court of ACP Jahangirabad on April, 15, 2023 against Babu Khan alias Mastan, resident of Bagh Umrao Dulha Aishbagh.
Notice/summons/bailable warrant was issued by ACP Court to Babu alias Mastan to appear in the court. An arrest warrant was issued on January 2 after failing to appear in court.
