Jamshedpur, April 25 -- Jamshedpur: As the Lok Sabha elections approach, District Election Officer Ananya Mittal and Senior Superintendent of Police Kishore Kaushal conducted an inspection at Cooperative College, Jamshedpur. The purpose of the visit was to assess the preparations for the dispatch, receiving, and counting of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs), and to provide necessary guidelines to officials.
After reviewing various aspects such as the construction of strong rooms, maintenance of EVMs, security arrangements, barricading, signage, parking, and traffic plans, necessary guidelines were issued to officials.
