Jammu, March 1 -- Amid hard bargain by the National Conference, the Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee Chief Vikar Rasool Wani is hopeful of formalizing a seat-sharing arrangement by the end of the first week of March 2024.

"After holding internal dialogue within the party, talks are going on with the constituents of the INIDA bloc. We are hopeful of finalizing the seat-sharing arrangement by the end of the first week of March", the J&K Unit Chief of the Congress party said.

The National Conference leadership has toughened its stand ahead of the second round of discussions with the Congress party.
