Mumbai, April 9 -- On Monday when the Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Amol Kirtikar was questioned extensively by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the Khichdi scam, expelled former Congress MP Sanjay Nirupam charged that Sena (UBT) leader and spokesperson Sanjay Raut was the kingpin behind the scam.
