New Delhi, April 20 -- A 16-year-old boy was thrashed brutally following an altercation outside of his coaching centre in Bhajanpura area of Delhi's northeast. According to the police on Friday, a minor has been apprehended in the case.
According to the FIR registered on April 15, the boy suffered injuries on his head, waist, neck and hand. The Delhi Police, on Friday, said that they have registered an FIR under section 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 341 (Punishment for wrongful restraint) and 34 (Acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention) of the IPC against seven to eight people and started further investigation into the matter.
