DEHRADUN, March 9 -- The Pradesh Congress Committee (PCC) president Karan Mahara has condemned the incident in which the BJP MLA from Salt Mahesh Jeena misbehaved with the Dehradun municipal commissioner Gaurav Kumar at Municipal Corporation of Dehradun (MCD). He said that both the public representatives and the bureaucrats are accountable towards the people and they should show responsible and dignified behaviour. Mahara said that the manner in which the BJP MLA misbehaved with the officer is unfortunate and is not a good sign for healthy democracy.
