New Delhi, May 4 -- India and Indonesia on Friday here reviewed the entire spectrum of their bilateral defence ties and agreed to enhance collaboration in areas of defence industry, maritime security and multilateral cooperation.

These were the key takeaways from the seventh India-Indonesia Joint Defence Cooperation Committee(JDCC)meeting, defence ministry said.

Defence Secretary Giridhar Aramane and Secretary General of Ministry of Defence, Indonesia, Air Marshal Donny Ermawan Taufanto, co-chaired the meeting.During the talks, both sides expressed satisfaction at the expanding scope of defence cooperation between the two countries.
